Check Out the Worst Free Throw In Basketball History
We’re not positive what just happened but we are absolutely elated that it did. Coming in as the basketball shot heard around the world, this guy makes Shaq’s abhorrent excuse for a free throw look like a game-winning miracle.
This isn’t to say that we don’t understand completely the immense pressures the free throw line holds. All eyes are on you amid a packed arena (not in this case, but an arena nonetheless). The sweat drips into your eyes as the other players stand eagerly awaiting their chance to grab the ball. We’re just saying it was a very bad choke.
Perhaps one of the correspondents put it best with, “Good lord!”
