Florida Georgia Line joined pop star Bebe Rexha onstage at the Bridgestone Arena at the 2018 CMA Awards in Nashville on Wednesday night (Nov. 14) to deliver a soaring, uplifting performance of their massive hit single, "Meant to Be."

Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley from FGL hit the stage in dashing white suits, singing the first verse accompanied by a swelling string section before the spotlight shifted to Bebe Rexha.

Decked out in a black gown peppered with sparkly beads, she met their Southern soul with deep soul of her own, their voices blending perfectly as they delivered the song's simple, but profound message: "If it's meant to be, it'll be, it'll be / Baby just let it be."

Rexha and Hubbard co-wrote the song with Josh Miller and David Garcia, and it became a worldwide hit when she released it as the second single from her All Your Fault Pt. 2 EP.

"Meant to Be" was nominated for Single and Musical Event of the Year at the 2018 CMA Awards. Single of the Year went to Chris Stapleton's "Broken Halos," and Musical Event went to Kenny Chesney and David Lee Murphy for their collaboration on "Everything's Gonna Be Alright."
