Garth Brooks - stand-up comedian? The legendary country singer recently put his sense of humor to the test as he helped roast Jay Leno as he received the Mark Twain Award for American Humor. We'll have the chance to see if Garth brought the house down - or completely bombed - this Sunday on KERA-TV.

The 'Friends in Low Places' singer contributed to making Leno the center of attention (and butt of all jokes) as he receives the 17th Annual Kennedy Center Honor. Also helping honor the former host of 'The Tonight Show' will be Jerry Seinfeld, Chelsea Handler, Wanda Sykes, Kristin Chenoweth, Jimmy Fallon and Seth Myers.

The comedian and country singer go back a way. You may recall in 1999, Leno was on hand at the Academy of Country Music Awards to present Brooks with the ACM Artist of the Decade Award - dressed as Garth.

The ceremony will air on PBS channel KERA-TV Sunday, Nov. 23rd at 7pm. Check out the promo clip, which includes, among other clips, a Garth Brooks zinger that references the size of Jay Leno's head.
