Who can remember when Katie Armiger turned "17 In Abilene"? It was not only the title to her first song, but in 2007 the young Sugar Land, Texas native dropped in on us and celebrated her 17th birthday here in Abilene. That was then, today, that same little girl is now a 23 year old young lady with a hot new single and video titled "Playin With Fire." She's grown up and so has her music subject matter.
