Larry Joe Taylor’s 25th Annual Texas Music Festival is Set for April 23rd Thru the 27th in Stephenville
Larry Joe Taylor’s (LJT) self titled 25th Annual Texas Music Festival is coming to the Melody Mountain Ranch April 23rd through April 27th. The Melody Mountain Ranch has become a hot spot for Texas Music and the springboard for many a Texas Music artist’s career. Texas music lovers have another common love, chili. How the two ever got hitched up we may never know, but one thing is for certain you will find both at Larry Joe Taylor’s big shindig this April in Stephenville Texas.
The final lineup was announced Friday, March 1st, with LJT naming over 50 artists he will welcome to his stage. This years Texas Music Festival includes Jack Ingram, Los Lonely Boys, Randy Rogers Band, Wade Bowen, David Allan Coe, Kevin Fowler, Roger Creager, Pat Green, Chris Knight, Stoney LaRue, Radney Foster and so many others. As for the Chili Cook-off all the registration information can be found online as well. This year the Chili Cook-off benefits the Morgan Mill First Responders and Rescue and the Oak Dale Volunteer Fire Department. C.A.S.I. Rules will apply and trophies for the top 10 Chili’s and top 3 Showmanship’s will be awarded. Cooks Meeting starts at 9:00 AM Saturday,(registration begins at 8:00 AM on location).

There are plenty of camping sites available early. Four and Five day tickets are subject to availability. Three, Two, and One Day tickets will be available during the festival at gate prices.
